Sorry, this movie sucks
A Masterpiece!
The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
The tittle says it all this is a bad film it has no plot there is hardley any charecter development and i saw this with my 6th grade class and we had to wait an hour to see this godaufull film and it was not worth it in the end it was chessy and stupid the bully just all of a suden likes meg just like any other live disney bully i honestley cringed throuout the whole film waste of time dont see this.
One of the best movies I have seen by far, I really wanted a move that is so deep in the brilliance of our universe. But to be understood, people need to be more open and to have more knowledge about so many aspects of our beings. Maybe a lot of people are still in their own limitations that they can't comprehend such Devine explanation for our own inner world and what happens inside of our soul in relevance to what happens outside and How our perception about ourselves matters.
I really had high hopes for this one. The poster gave me some kind of thoughts that this one would turned out great somehow. But sadly, it didn't that much. The main characters are basically fine and visual effects and all. But what I really hate is the name of that so-called the darkness. The IT? Really? The writer couldn't think of a better name than this? The other thing I don't like that much is how Meg defeated the darkness inside Charles Wallace. It's so simple. I really hoped that there would be more than that. When I saw that scene, when I saw Meg defeated the darkness and everything's ended, I even said "Is that it? That's all?" from my mouth out loud. Quite disappointed. All in all, for a film produced by Disney, it shouldn't be that bad. Although it isn't that much perfect, it's still watchable because of the special effects. If they could do better than this, it's be great!
On 18 July 2018 I received and email from IMDb with the following information: "With the year more than half over, what are the best movies of 2018? Here are the favorites from the IMDb team". "A Wrinkle in Time" is one of the foregoing list. The worst, I believed in this information since IMDb used to be a serious site.Yesterday I tried to watch this flick but it is unbearable. I challenge any viewer with brain to watch this garbage to the very end. The awful cast is laughable, highlighting the Afro-American daughter and the Latin American son of the Latin-Afro-American-Caucasian family (a plus fashion in the present Hollywood) and the ridiculous giant Oprah Winfrey in a mermaid costume. The screenplay is among the most boring ever written. The result is an overrated boring film. My vote is one (awful).Title (Brazil): "Uma Dobra no Tempo" ("A Wrinkle in Time")
