You won't be disappointed!
hyped garbage
I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.
Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
Vin Diesel still thinks he is 30 and can pull of a sleeveless shirt but he's actually 51 at the time of this review and his face shows it. A lot of really creepy and cheesy moments like every girl wants the main character girls everywhere i think Vin is very sleazy in this one the action is good as always but the spotlight is barely on Zander Cage anymore its about his team of random crazy out there people including a bunch of kungfu Asian dudes. The Cinematography was pretty good and the music was alright but feature a lot of really misplaced pop songs unlike the first xXx with rock and metal themed music. Check it out if you have seen the first two and want to see how low Vin Diesel can stoop 5 / 10 the worst in the series and the sequel is already green lit :d.
Oh this movie is bad....bad acting; bad script; bad scenes. One would think such was written and directed by a teenage fan. Some of the scenes are just too unrealistic. Not the worse I have seen though! Really really cheesy! I feel bad for Mr. Diesel !
This third installment of XXX left something to be desired but I liked it I mean come on it's just a movie like any other movie hardly anything is going to be one hundred percent realistic not even close. I just wish Darius Stone (Ice Cube) were in it throughout the whole movie because all the other earlier XXX who we knew nothing about at all were just dropped in our lap like here you go without leading up to or telling us anything about them at all. Gibbons disappearing act from just as the movie started until just as the movie ended was pretty good this time. This time it seemed like a team (which reminded me of the Fast and Furious franchise) most of which we knew nothing about other than Vin Diesel and the other to main high profile stars. The story line should have had a longer build up especially to elaborate on all the other XXX who we know nothing about. The special effects & the action was great though. It just threw us right into the main plot the main events it definitely needed a longer story line build up. It reminded me so much of the Fast and Furious movies just without the racing cars is the only thing left out.For whoever reviews these reviews from IMDb before posting them I always check yes for the spoilers even if I did not put a spoiler in my review because sometimes I don't if something I say could be considered a spoiler or not. Like maybe there is or maybe there is not I'm not sure.
XXx: Return of Xander Cage is the follow up sequel to previous films xXx: State of the Union and the original xXx (2002). This film doesn't do much of anything new but has some decent moments. It is predictable and even so the action scenes are quite generic. There probably isn't a law of physics that isn't broken in this movie. These characters fly, are shot, fall from great heights and are blown, but emerge unscathed, apart from their excessive tattoos (Xander has somehow redesigned his logo neck art for the reboot). Refreshingly, everyone keeps their tongues firmly planted in their cheeks, winking at the camera at each ridiculous moment. Such as the chase in which motorcycles magically transform into water-bikes. Return of Xander Cage feels quite different in tone and style than the original. More character are brought into this film and with a shorter run time as it feels more cramped in. Overall, this film isn't that good but has some well shot satisfying action sequences for fans.
