Centered around a personally troubled, officially discredited police chief and his inharmonious police team in Ankara Police Force. Even though the show usually focuses on murders and other crimes that happens on a weekly basis, the undertone of the story leads to an eventual duel between Behzat Ç. and the rotten department officials and bureaucrats.

Behzat thinks the killer is still in the building. Entrance and exit of the building closed down, and starts searching for the killer. It will not be easy to find the killer even though they are in the same building. Barkin's murder will become more complex than they expected.

Behzat Ç. ve Cinayet büro ekibi yaptıkları araştırmada Eren’in üniversitede ve üniversite dışında birçok eyleme katıldığını öğrenirler. Eren’in öldürülmesinden hemen önce birlikte olduğu arkadaşları ise son katıldıkları eylemde gözaltına alınmışlardır. Behzat Ç., Eren’in öldürülmesi ile katıldığı eylemler arasında bir bağlantı olduğunu düşünmektedir. Diğer yandan Eylül’ün izini sürmekte olan Hayalet sonunda ona ulaşmayı başarır.
