What a Phenomenal opener! This is incredible tag team wrestling, plain and simple. I was blown away at times. You have no excuse not to see this one. It's amazing.**** out of 5Quarter FinalsHiroshi Hase & Shinnya Hashimoto Vs The Fabulous FreebirdsThe Japanese contingent wins. Really boring match and a dumb decision to have them advance. * out of 5Quarter Finals"Ravishing" Rick Rude & "Stunning" Steve Austin Vs Barry Windham & Dustin RhodesRhodes and Windham win. Fantastic match here. Despite Rude's boring rest holds, everything else was golden. Was close to giving it four stars, but Rude's rest holds bring it down a notch***3/4 out of 5Semi-FinalsRicky "The Dragon" Steamboat & Nikita Koloff Vs "Dr. Death" Steve Williams & Terry GordyGordy and Williams win. Really boring match. Their styles didn't mesh very well at all and Steamboat and Koloff looked exhausted (Understandably so)*1/2 out of 5Semi-FinalsHiroshi Hase & Shinnya Hashimoto Vs Dustin Rhodes & Barry WindhamTo be honest, I skipped this match...but Rhodes and Windham win to advance to the finalsWCW Heavyweight TitleSting (C) Vs VaderVader wins the title. Fantastic match between these two. The chemistry between these two is out of this world. If you wanna see consistently good matches, watch any Sting and Vader match. You won't be disappointed.***3/4 out of 5Tag Team Titles"Dr. Death" Steve Williams & Terry Gordy Vs Dustin Rhodes & Barry WindhamWilliams and Gordy win. Well, that put a damper on a great show.
