Excellent but underrated film
Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.
Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
I'll give this a 10 out of 10 just to counterbalance the low voters a bit. It's worth at least 6 out of 10.Are those votes low because of the nudity? It's a soft-core porno movie, what did you expect? Same for anyone expecting an action movie or something like that. I wonder how many of the voters actually saw the movie. This movie is an extremely humorous Lord of the Rings spoof with nudity in it. Nothing more but also nothing less. The dialogs are better than a lot of regular comedies, let alone the average porno. Sure they did not have a huge special effects budget, but they used what they had the best they could, and they came up with a very entertaining script.
OK, I saw the title on MAX one night and was thinking this will be really funny. I mean, the title...Dildo Saggins... Smirnoff? Come on, it had to be funny. In the end, I didn't bother to finish watching it, because, while the beginning was pretty funny (mostly bad jokes, but you laughed anyway), as it progressed, there was less humor and more REALLY REALLY BAD sex scenes. I mean, how hard is it to fake going down on someone? It doesn't take that much talent. And the scenes were all the same, not very exciting and seemingly random. Good stuff: The costuming was pretty good. However I doubt tongue rings and navel piercing were all the rage in those times. At least most of the breasts in the movie were real (except for the poor blonde pixie chick with the unfortunate boob job). I think my favorite line was Smirnoff using the SPAM bit from Monty Python. It was totally random, but great. If, according to another comment, this was the R-rated and not the UN-rated version, then I would consider seeing the unrated one to give it a fair shot. The concept had potential, but was poorly executed in this version.
Well where to begin. Diddle Earth is once again threatened by the evil weapon known as the G-String. Smirnoff the wizard enlists three Throbbits from Throbbiton to go up against the forces of evil, namely Soura$$ the wizard and the one that continually searches for his precious, Ballem. Will the three Throbbits, Dildo Saggins, Horny and Spam survive their quest and destroy the G-String in the chasm of Mount Partypooper? Better yet, will we care? This spoof by the guys at Seduction Cinema is actually pretty entertaining. Stupid funny are all the jokes with ample amounts of female nudity and lesbian sex. It is just your typical softcore guy flick. No socially redeeming qualities. But you already guessed that I think. The film has a few attractive ladies in this one. I know I'm a pig.Suspiria10 gives it C-
no really, this would have a great bunch of scenes to tie together hardcore porn. In fact, if it were, it would have been the most in-depth and well thought out out XXX movie ever made. But the simple fact that the sex scenes were nothing more than a bit of partial nudity followed by a "morning after" shot left me wondering why this movie was even made in the first place.
