I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
Instant Favorite.
Admirable film.
Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.
Am sorry but this has to to be the worst sequel ever; so far detached from the original film its unreal. Only 1 member of original cast actually in this film who tries to save the film but to no avail. Trying to cash in on the football hooligan film craze but failing miserably; Some of the acting was dire and as for Marina Sirtis who is on the whole not a bad actress, her role in this was terrible As was her acting and accent. I dread to think what the budget was and who had the bright idea to release this. OK Green Street was never going to win awards but this sequel? Makes you wonder if a quick quid was more important than the actual film. Nearly 2 hours of my life I won't get back Watch at your own peril
The first Green Street film was far from perfect but overall I found it a decent watch. Although I was wondering how a sequel could take place after the finish to the previous film, I was eager to see how the people involved with the film managed to achieve what was surely a difficult project.I could not watch the whole film. One of the background characters from the firm took up the role as the central character it seemed and being that his only role in the first film was the very occasional minor gag, him being promoted into such a significant role in the film was a ridiculous decision. This is not a mark against the actor himself but of the character he was portraying. In truth, this film was dull as it was more or less characters that had little or no role in the last film acting as the main group which simply did not work whatsoever. I could not even watch it until the end, that is how bad I feel it was
I didn't mind this movie. I thought it would get better reviews than it has received. People have been scrutinizing it to determine its failings but for me, it is just a prison B-movie. I think prison movies are a genre in themselves and it does not take much for me to get into it. I thought the acting in the film was sufficient. And the violence was at a real enough level. The baddies are convincing. And the goodies gain our alliance. One of the obvious failings though was the decision by the governor of the jail to play a soccer game to determine who gets released. That is so unrealistic that it does snap me out of my absorption and awaken my critical faculty. But you know what - I already know it is just a B-movie. It is not out to aspire to great heights. So even this I am willing to let pass. This to me is just an average movie offering some decent entertainment on a slow afternoon. I think it is worth watching.
:)) it's good to just watch a easy movie with great violence, especially if u're mad about fight club as I amI mean, movies like this make great movies great, and if u're open- minded and mad enough and especially don't have expectations, this will satisfy you :)The soundtrack is great, and the acting is pretty good, it impressed me, I was like F**K YEAH ! I WANNA FIGHT :))I especially liked the nose-biting scene and the gore in their voices :))Like f**king hell man, enjoy everything! Someone who fully understands and enjoys movies like Donnie Darko or the city of lost children ( most recent ones ) can enjoy this one to :)) !Cheers mates ! \m/
