Jackass 2.5
The crew have now set off to finish what as left over from Jackass 2.0, and in this version they have Wee Man use a 'pee' gun on themselves, having a mini motor bike fracas in the grocery mall, a sperm test, a portly crew member disguised as King Kong, as well as include three episodes of their hilarious adventures in India.

The Worst Film Ever
Thanks for the memories!
This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.
I watched this with my nine-year-old son and fast-forwarded through the overtly sexual stuff, so I missed some of this scatological hodgepodge. But it was obvious this film is for none but the Jackass crew's hardest-core fans.A lot of the stunts were lame -- the fat guy made up as King Kong, the Indian swami on nails, the kitchen shoot-up. As usual with a Jackass production, a great deal of attention is paid to anal matters. Thus the rectal-exam gag. All so very hilarious. I did enjoy the character made up as a sociopathic geezer, very memorable from past Jackass efforts. In a short bit, another player appears as his aged, profane consort; I wished we'd seen more of these two. I wasn't expecting Shakespeare here, and my little guy had fun with this. But it really didn't amount to much.
This is basically the same as a DVD featurette for the movie "Jackass Number Two" with cut material and some behind the scenes footage. They say that they filmed so much material for "Jackass Number Two" and it was enough to make a whole new movie with and that's why they made "Jackass 2.5". But seriously, isn't this simply anything more than a simple way to cash in more of the success of the previous Jackass movies and TV show, one year after the release of "Jackass Number Two"? It already sort of says it, this movie is filled with material that didn't end up in "Jackass Number Two", which basically means it are left overs, so it isn't as good as the things you can see in "Jackass Number Two". Yes of course the movie will still make you laugh but it just isn't as good and solid as "Jackass Number Two".First they show an entire sequence and then next they tell us why this part didn't ended up being in "Jackass Number Two". Now this just doesn't seem right and actually quite pointless. Or at least it is for a movie. Like I said before, as a DVD featurette this would work out but just not like this. It's fun to see the cast and crew talking about the making of "Jackass Number Two" and telling how they got their ideas but once more, this would of course work out better as a DVD featurette.Yes, for most part this movie is still great fun to watch and of course still a must see for the die hard fans but even they shall most likely end up being disappointed with this product that you just can't really call a movie.6/10http://bobafett1138.blogspot.com/
I admit when I saw it on the DVD shelf I thought it was the same film with just a little more footage, but in fact it was a completely separate film with some interviews. The Jackass boys: Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Preston Lacy, Dave England, Chris Pontius, Jason 'Wee Man' Acuña, Ehren McGhehey, Steve-O, Ryan Dunn and director Jeff Tremaine; basically made enough footage for two films, so this extra film had interviews about some included in the real Jackass Number Two, and why the new, cut and unseen footage in this film didn't make it into the film, or just failed period. Also on set and appearing are Bam's Dad, Phil and Mom, April; Brandon Dicamillo, Rick Kosick, Spike Jonze (show co-creator, and director of Being John Malkovich) and King of the Hill creator Mike Judge. Pretty much just as sick and funny as the proper film sequel. Good!
I LOVE the Jackass films. Part 1 and 2 are some of the funniest times I've spent in the theater. When word got out from Bam Margera on Howard Stern a few months ago about the upcoming 2.5, I was very excited to see it. Well, I just finished watching 2.5, and even though I laughed a lot, it just overall usually felt like a deleted scene reel from a DVD. Of course that's what a lot of the footage is, but after I heard they were still filming long after number 2's release, I figured we'd get the same type of movie we've seen in the past, but only this time they were just going to market it differently. This film consists of good bits and failed bits, most of which are set up with interviews. The first two films barely missed a beat, even when the bit wasn't the greatest, but 2.5. consists of mostly just amusing stuff. Don't get me wrong, I had a good time, but expected so much more. One thing that really let me down, is the lost Don Vito tooth pulling scene is still missing, even though Bam mentioned they'll finally show it. I'm guessing it's from the recent conviction, but that bit could have made the whole movie, if it's as great as Bam says it is. So if you're a Jackass fan, check out 2.5. If you're new to Jackass, check out 1 and 2, cause that's where the real laughs are.
