Chet heads north of Houston to explore a town built along the railroad. He visits its many historic sites and takes a flight on a WW2 B-17 “flying fortress” bomber. To polish off the day, he attempts to eat a “Mega Mel” burger coming in a 1 1/2 feet tall.

Chet explores the “Painted Churches of Texas” and dives into the German and Czech history of Central Texas with stops to a sausage maker, polka museum and Texas dance hall serving hot schnitzel. Episode 9 : Round Rock, TX

Chet heads to the “Sports Capital of Texas.” He eats a Texas-sized donut, takes a beekeeping class from Round Rock Honey and then explores the history of town on Hairy Man Road and Main Street, where outlaw Sam Bass faced his final shootout. He finishes up the day cheering for the home AAA baseball team, the Round Rock Express.

Episode 8 : Kingsville, TX

Chet heads to the home of the King Ranch covering approximately 1,300 square miles of South Texas. He explores downtown Kingsville eating at an old pharmacy and soda fountain, then heads to the King Ranch for a history and birding tour of the sprawling South Texas prairie. To polish off the day, Chet dines at the historic King’s Inn seafood restaurant.

He visits the Texas Freshwater Fishery Center holding multiple state record fish and placing over a million large mouth bass into Texas water every year. My Life as Liz
My Life as Liz is a mockumentary style American television series that centers on the life of Liz Lee, a misfit high-school senior living in small town Texas. The series debuted on MTV on January 18, 2010.
The first season finale aired on March 8, 2010. Filming for the second season began early 2010 in New York City, mostly at Pratt Institute, the college which series star Liz Lee attends. During the My Life As Liz marathon that aired on December 27, 2010, MTV previewed the season 2 trailer and officially confirmed that season two would premiere on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 11:00 PM EST. MTV's January 24 press release confirmed that Season 2 would have 12 episodes. The series was not renewed for a third season, and the series finale aired on May 3, 2011.
