ZERO: An Investigation into 9/11, has one central thesis - that the official version of the events surrounding the attacks on 9/11 can not be true. Boatlift
From the midst of 9/11, one of the darkest moments in American history, comes this inspiring and relatively unknown story. When the twin towers fell, hundreds of thousands of people ran to the water's edge. They soon realized that Manhattan is, indeed, an island. And that they were trapped. Within moments, an armada of every vessel that could get to the city's seawall spontaneously organized. Dashing into the teeth of danger, hundreds of boats pulled together and, without any formal planning, military or otherwise, they pulled off an ad-hoc sea evacuation that became the largest in history. Their story of courage and resolve reminds us of the powerful spirit that rose among us, on that fateful day. Narrated by Tom Hanks. Directed by Eddie Rosenstein.

It is not deep, but it is fun to watch. It does have a bit more of an edge to it than other similar films.

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

Zero: An Investigation Into 9/11 (2008) *** 1/2 (out of 4)There are several 9/11 conspiracy videos out there and this here is considered by many to be one of the best. If you've seen any of them then you should know that many of the same topics are covered but I will say that this one here was handled extremely well and I would say this is one of the better produced videos out there. The main target of attacks are the collapsing buildings, the fact that the hole in the Pentagon wasn't big enough for a plane strike and how several of the supposed terrorists were later found alive. There are other bits of evidence that are covered but the documentary really focuses on these events including if it was some sort of explosion that brought down the World Trade Centers.I love watching conspiracy theory videos whether I agree with them or not. Sometimes they are really horribly produced and sound like some sort of nut just going off on weird ideas. I will say that this video at least presents a clear case to where you can question what really happened. That's not to say I believed everything that was said here but it's presented in a way to where you can at least think these people are serious and aren't just some sort of nut.The stuff dealing with the Pentagon is the most believable and especially since there's not been any evidence that a plane was used. There's an interesting bit about some people inside the World Trade Center who were burned yet they were no where near where the planes hit. All of this is quite interesting so fans of this type of documentary should enjoy this one.

Good evening. Congratulations to whoever contributed for the creation of this production. It is monumental and it deserves the ultimate publicity. It is solid material, well substantiated and neatly presented. It broadcasts the genuine deep thoughts and arguments from diverse social entities and traits. Despite the obvious verdict (let us not fool ourselves, one has to be truly moron not to be convinced), it remains objective as can be, because... there are times when truth is indisputable. Personally, it helped me to integrate loose thoughts. Although the US governance is a continuum of utter filth, all US citizens must be strong and hope that some day, the true concepts of their constitution shall materialize. As they say, stateside "God bless" and don't give up.

I wasn't sure whether this movie would be good or not, but friends kept telling me to watch a movie about 911, so I saw this on google video and decided to watch it. It kept me interested and had a lot of credentialed people and eye-witnesses. I do not know the real answers about what happened on 911, but I think if the American people are unsatisfied with the whitewash that was completed a couple of years ago, they deserve a new and more honest investigation under Obama.I am away from America and don't know what the talk is these days, but a couple of years ago it seemed that a lot of young people believed the government had foreknowledge. At least a foreign documentary has journalists with the guts to be curious and ask hard, pointed questions.Regardless of what anyone believes this is pretty entertaining and has a lot of new information.

When I watched this I was not expecting much, but continued to grow more impressed during my viewing. It is artful; in fact I would even say musical. It has an ebb and flow that, out of the drama, calms the senses and encourages. It also shows the tremendous variety of accomplished, esteemed persons who feel strongly that 9-11 should be given unbiased examination. In fact, the people responsible for this film include members of the European Parliament, and this film was screened at the European Parliament. On the other hand, when you read an emotional outburst from one of those demanding we not investigate 911, especially commentary from one of those that is inaccurately termed a "film review", you can immediately see through to the malicious intent. It may be nothing more than the desperate, angry refusal to come to know the complicated truths of our modern society, or it may be something else less than honorable. At any rate it is not the least bit open or honest. To believe everything that big corporate media says, or government for that matter, would obviously be stupid, since corporations and governments by their nature have vested interests, and so are in their very essence biased. So that CAN'T be the logical premise these characters who scoff at such films are holding to. What premises they espouse are emotion-oriented and that is hardly capable of stopping the traffic of people waking up to the modern reality of social engineering, conflict instigation, etc. Even if the official story is purposefully flawed to protect incompetence, even that is still enough of a reason to continue to investigate. Some wish to stay behind and avoid the ramifications for now, but with the dramatically unfolding events such as international bank consolidation and market manipulation, a greater number of people are awake and aware now than ever before; just not sure yet how to respond. And that's where films of this quality can help, because this form of creative work is not hostile, but instead is soul searching. So back to the film. The film starts out from the perspective of a person who lived through it and walked down the stairs through the burning section of the 2nd tower to be struck. It proceeds to cover the vantage of the janitor who had the only key, and who let the firemen up. (This individual witnessed the bombs in the basement, and 20-odd injured but living victims, who were given as names of witnesses, only to never be interviewed).Following are numerous knowledgeable persons accounts of why the official version of the Pentagon attacks is so problematic, most of which are perspectives we have not seen before.I can only say, finally, that this is the one documentary that employs enough reserve when presenting information to get home to those unfamiliar with the technical details. It deserves enormous credit for that accomplishment. A great, timely work. Watch and learn.
