With the International Junior Rescue Championships headed to Southern California, the eyes of the entire planet are on Malibu Beach. Thanks for the memories!
Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
