It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.
True to its essence, the characters remain on the same line and manage to entertain the viewer, each highlighting their own distinctive qualities or touches.
Great story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.
Although this movie has many standard clichés, such as a hero who comes to the aid at the right moment, a strip club, several guns, drug money etc.. It fails however to have the more interesting clichés, i.e. a sex scene. I would loosely recommend seeing this film, if you had nothing better to do. It did hold my attention, and I have given it a very high rating of 7, but thats because I did not come to the movie with a high expectation. It was filmed for TV and thus I excepted a movie of lower budget and poorer acting. The two leading ladies in the film, are supposed to be sisters, yet they don't look alike. The movie is not violent, except for a couple of beatings in typical scenarios. Sadly the very nice looking lead actor doesn't get her kit off. Its an OK movie, worth seeing on a raining boring day, but don't except it to have many reviews... 7 out of 10 - on the basis I had low expectations anyway.
