Nice effects though.
The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
Saw this little gem at Shriekfest the other day and all I can say is WOW!! This is an awesome short horror film. It is easily the best short horror film I've seen and probably the best short film I've ever seen. The storyline is fantastic, the acting is great(Mikel does an awesome job as the cop), the direction is engaging, and there is plenty of suspense. It is one of those films that takes you to another world or time period, in this case 60s rural Florida, and gets you to "jump on a character's back" (as all great suspense films do) as he battles his enemies. Once again WOW!! See this film if at all possible, you will not regret it.
