Simple and well acted, it has tension enough to knot the stomach.

If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.

Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.

This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

GHOSTLINE is a character-focused indie horror drama which delves into the psycho-thriller genre on occasion. The lack of incident hurts it a bit and there's really only one horrible scene in the whole thing, but I found the quality of the acting a little better than the very lowest of the low and the whole thing is slightly slicker than the worst of the worst. That doesn't make it good, however.

I want to give this movie credit right out the gate for doing something not a lot of supernatural movies of this type do: They show you its a ghost right out the gate AND all of the characters approach it as such. They don't string you along needlessly, just get right to the ghost stuff which is what most people want when searching the garbage bin that is direct to stream. With that said, the acting wavers between respectable and terrible to the point that you are sure the actors just woke up and are reading from cue cards. The movie has a number of plot holes. Per example when they lure Eric to their home, how does he not remember that his family used to live here? Doesn't Tyler say he inherited the home from a family member? I get how the police excuse the first death in the home, but how the second? In the end I would give this movie a thumbs up because in its silliness it can possibly keep your attention and entertain you.

Ghostline is a badly acted, ridiculously scripted, badly & cheaply made, almost laughable movie......were no tech "experts" consulted to inform the makers that phone calls are not delivered through electrical wiring??.....check out the "extracted heart" sequence for the special effects quality....it explains it all....I don't like to speak ill of the dead but...did the director know only ONE transition between scenes???....the fade out???(there's probably 30+ fade-outs in the movie!!!)....whatever the (so-called) expert reviewers above were watching was not the Ghostline I watched....or maybe they have shares in the production company?!?!?...the ending??? = the SCARIEST part of the movie because it implies there may be a sequel!! As bad a movie as I've ever seen....finished in 2013, still unreleased??...I don't think even the DVD production companies want to try it out!!! 3/10

My quick rating 4,6/10. Surprisingly not a bad idea for a film. Was very similar to the movie "The Caller" but that aside, the idea of the dead reaching out and phoning home is interesting enough. I guess I just pointed out the general idea but I will elaborate. A woman is killed and calls the house of the previous boyfriend trying to talk to him but gets the new owner. She refuses to stop calling and believe that it isn't the same person. This leads to all the mystery of the calls and obviously takes a supernatural turn. Enough plot, suffice it to say, it was entertaining enough of the whys and who is stuff, just nothing that is going to surprise you. But I will warn you, the acting is awful. Not only that but the couple that is being harassed are basically stupid. Adds some humor though. Good cable flick to catch.
