I really wanted to like this movie. I feel terribly cynical trashing it, and that's why I'm giving it a middling 5. Actually, I'm giving it a 5 because there were some superb performances.

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.

Not bad for what is is, but it could have benefited from a little more cutting. It is not a historical account and it does not cover an extense time lapse or many territories, so editing was not subject to preserve the memory of homosexuals' struggle in the USA to defend their right to lead their life with dignity. So I feel it is 15 minutes too long of people talking to the camera. The animation was too distracting, not very attractive and I personally felt it out of place. But all in all, it is an interesting and revealing product that evidences neo-fascism next to your door.

For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. The New Covenant/Testament we must live by teaches how we are all sinners. God loves homosexuals, but they must repent and change just like every other sinner.Anyone with a knowledge of the Bible will easily pick out the false claims made in this film.Satan is the Father of all Lies It is horrible what other sinners do to gays I agree, but true Christians do not hate. We have a duty to warn, and if we do not the blood of those we did not warn will be on our hands.

I was raised believing homosexuality was detestable and anyone who "practiced" homosexuality were going to hell...no ifs ands or buts. I was raised baptist and my dad was a preacher so there were zero questions about women with other women. That is, until I met my partner. I was so afraid of being with her that I tried to break it off the 2nd day we were together. Anyway, we've been together for 2 and half years and I'm happier with her than I've ever been with ANYONE! That being said, my sexuality and spirituality are very sensitive topics for me. I believe it is unfair how the LGBT gets little chance at salvation with the society we live in. That condemnation from society alone had led me to question if God loved me in the past. This film is beneficial for anyone with a gay family member, friend or the actual gay person who may be questioning religion and homosexuality. I loved the film and will definitely watch it again and again in the future. I will say though, that my heart went out to the African American girl who's family still hadn't accepted her lifestyle. I deal with that too. I find it saddening how my race (AA) are harsher on LGBT than any other race, or at least I think so...smh. Anyway it is truly an educational experience and I think any and every one should watch it!

To twist God's words and say that there is no word for HOMOSEXUAL in Greek Hebrew or Aramaic is justifying the sinful act of homosexuality. God makes it very clear that a man with a man or a woman with a woman is a detestable sin. The NEW LIVING TRANSLATION uses modern words such as homosexual.. look up the scripture Leviticus 18:22 in the New King James version: it clearly says that a "man shall not lay with a man , nor a woman with a woman, for this is an abomination".. Just because there is no ancient word for it, does not mean God approves of it... I resent the fact that because I am a Christian, I am labeled as a homophobic. You are trying to justify immoral behavior such as homosexuality or pornography.
