A lot of fun.
This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.
what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
The movie really just wants to entertain people.
Thriller with love triangle set in beautiful Mediterranean locations. Body of Deceit is one of those straight to DVD films that take like one or two years to get released and it turns out to be quite watchable. For example Kristanna Loken? She was great in this film and she is easily the best part of the movie the rest supporting cast also does a decent job with the material that was given to them. Where the film looses it's Mystery and it's suspense is with the over the top sex scenes both the lesbians and the one in the Hotel room and somewhere about 10 to 15 minutes could have been cut out. The plot twist in the end although shocking it was quite smart. Overall Body of Deceit (2015) is a watchable thriller with some good acting chops from Loken and a nice although familiar plot with some good plot twists during it's climax but the sex scenes and the romantic part could be easily removed.
