Sorry, this movie sucks
It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
This is a surprisingly good romantic comedy B-movie! Without famous actors, visual effects and everything else, it is quite good. Why? Because it has a very good screenplay, what seems to become less and less usual in Hollywood. It follows the typical and predictable path: two people have a troublesome relationship in the beginning but it changes during the story until they become lovers/friends. Though, it is clever in its choices, is somewhat original in putting the main characters as ex-boyfriend and girlfriend, and has quite good dialogs, avoiding clichés and obvious details. I recommend everybody to put skepticism aside and give this film a chance. It is good.
I thought this movie was adorable. There are so many predictable romantic comedies out there now a days, that it was nice to watch a movie that was not completely what I expected! I've always loved Leslie Bibb. She doesn't disappoint. The acting was wonderful, and I surprisingly didn't like the characters right away. I did however grow to love them by the end. The two leads were perfect and their chemistry was undeniable. I give it a 9 only because I'm not a fan of cheating without any repercussions or a guilty conscience, but I loved it nonetheless and I definitely recommend watching it if you are looking for something light, sweet, and funny.
My grandmother chose this movie at random on Netflix and it caught my attention in the first few minutes, I usually ignore whatever movies she had playing in the background by we both loved it.This movie started out slow but gradually became sweeter and sweeter and I genuinely wanted to know what would happen to each character. I am so pleased with the dialogue and how it ended and if you need a feel-good movie, this is the one for you.The leading man is very attractive and has a wonderful smile that brightened up my TV screen and I wish I could see more of him on my TV!It was well done and I am curious as to why there is not more reviews, comments and information about this film online.I would highly recommend.
I caught the premier of this movie at SxSW. I had zero expectations because it was a premier. I liked this movie. I really liked it. I got drawn into the characters early on and was entertained throughout. It's a light movie, a great date movie, no serious world issues are turned over or discovered. It's a light comedy with some drama. Really good acting by Bibb, Sadowski and the rest of the cast. I don't want to overstate it. Perhaps my enjoyment came because I had no expectations of the movie. In fact, from the description I'd read about it I expected a heavy drama. That was not the case. The premise is not new but it's an interesting angle. I don't want to give any of the plot away because the surprise is the most fun. The story is well crafted by the writer. Well worth a watch.
