Wonderful character development!
Good , But It Is Overrated By Some
Wow! What a bizarre film! Unfortunately the few funny moments there were were quite overshadowed by it's completely weird and random vibe throughout.
Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.
No big star, but a good story. Great scenery and wolf footage(without a doubt the coolist animal on earth). I was suprisingly pleased with the way the story unfolded. Some people may think it's too Eco ,but it made sense to me.The story revolves around Blackie, he goes to Alaska to check out his families land and finds himself being steered aways from the dirty dealings of King ,the badguy on the family payroll. Soon his guide Larry show him more than he could imagine in the forest. When Blackie's sister shows up things get difficult. She so naive she believes King's bull and is ready to sign the land away, but Blackie ,Larry ,and the pack won't go silently into exinction. Fangs bared, it time to take a chunk out of the badguys.
