In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Patricia Javier is a Goddess. She looks amazing (think Vivica A. Fox meets the young Penelope Cruz) and uses all her beauty in this adaption of D. H. Lawrence's erotic classic "Lady Chatterley's Lover". The plot loosely follows the novel and offers room for some steamy sex scenes. In those, the two female stars (Sunshine Cruz and Patricia Javier) shine. And I really fell in love with Patricia. We see a lot of her body but since it's done in an aesthetic way, it's not sleazy. Just beautiful. The imagery and camera work is also nice but has a hard time catching up with Patricia. And so have the depth of the story, most of the other actors, the music etc. This means: The movie is only average - except for Patricia Javier. She's a Goddess. Oh, I've already said that? Well, it's worth repeating :)She gets a 10/10 ... the movie gets a6/10
