Wow! What a bizarre film! Unfortunately the few funny moments there were were quite overshadowed by it's completely weird and random vibe throughout.

Not bad , not really good . Positives first - Amazing voices behind these characters as always. Beautfiul animation great action scenes Character driven stoey which wass great as the characters of Naruto are top notch. Disadvantages Not a great story overall Really bad background music Te story is focused on hinata and Naruto , while i think they are cute together , i dont think hinata is a n interesting enough character Overall i would recommend Naruto fans to watch it just to visit these characters but dont expect much.

The plot of the movie is set two years after the end of Manga series Naruto Shippuden and it is written by the Masashi Kishimoto, the one who wrote manga series of Naruto. This is one of the finest work of Kishimoto. It became the highest-grossing film in the franchise. The movie has a great story in which Naruto finally confesses his love with Hinata Hyuga, Byakugan Princess. Naruto Uzumaki, the number one unpredictable and knucklehead ninja, has grown up to be a great ninja but he hasn't exactly matured. But now everyone acknowledges him , loves him and greets him as a celebrity whenever they meet him and now even all the girls want to be with him.In the first two minutes , the movie itself begins with the chronological recap of the world of Naruto, starting with the Sage of Six Paths and up to Naruto and Sasuke's final battle. The recap , unlike the rest of the film, is animated in manga style with heavy ink brush which makes it more special and amazing. The scene when Naruto confesses his love with Hinata was awesome. Naruto also transforms into Kurama mode and his and Hinata combo attacks were extremely powerful and amazing. The movie also introduces another visual prowess. I really missed Sasuke Uchiha in the movie. He makes only a brief appearance and I would have loved to see more of him. But still after watching the romance of Naruto and Hinata in the end makes me cheerful. There is one more funny thing about the movie, The Scarf! Yes, Hinata is the relentless scarf knitter. She tried to gift a scarf to Naruto but every time she completed knitting the scarf, it gets torn apart in no time. But she just won't stop!Overall the movie has great story, full of action and romance. Animation and voices of characters were perfect. I really liked the way Kishimoto ended the movie. The movie beautifully fills the gap between Shippuden series and its sequel Boruto: Naruto the movie.

I loved the general idea of the movie, of course we needed a final movie with Sasuke and Naruto in a epic fight to close Naruto Shippuden. The things I like The idea (place, bad guy, the motivation and other things) for the movie is excellent taking in mind how the manga ended. The Naruto and Hinata getting together needed something like this for the fans, and to open the road for Boruto. The fights are well done with good dynamics and beautiful drawings. The credits really well done don't forget to watch. The last clip after the credits makes you want a Boruto manga. The things I didn't like the 2 thing i didn't like was how relationship between Naruto and Hinata develops, and that Hinata, in this movie that is made for development of his character didn't grow. What I mean is that the movie should begin with the shy Hinata that can't speak with Naruto, and make them become more close and friendly through the movie, at same time Hinata should become more comfortable with Naruto and show her true power, and because of this Naruto Acknowledge her.Hinata needed to have a moment to prove herself and the others in the final fight (of course Naruto should fight the final part). The end should have been Naruto and Hinata been friendly going out of the moon with some comedy from Hinata's sister, and then the narration from Sakura meanwhile some clips without audio of Naruto inviting Hinata to some ramen, walking together, been playful ( Hinata still shy but able to talk to Naruto), and ending with a kiss. This way the movie is not to romantic ( some times slowing the pace of the movie) and avoids the jump from been not even friends to be in love so instantly. At the end not excellent movie but a good one, if you're a fan you need to see it, if you're not fan is OK, but you should start watching Naruto I bet you'll love it.

This film is hands down the greatest Naruto movie ever... or at least yet. And that is saying something since I can't say how many Naruto movies are definitely better than the previous. Not that many. And take note, I was a pretty serious Narusaku fan, which should say something too. I'm a say what I liked about this movie. 1. Animation: As far as the Naruto anime goes, I agree with a quote saying that it's sort of a mixed bag. It's good and sometimes average and sometimes just off. The art and animations of this movie make this the most appealing thing ever to come out for Naruto under Studio Pierrot. It is beautiful, to say the least. Not just among Naruto movies but Anime movies as well. It's also quite colorful. 2. Characters: This movie takes place of course within the Naruto universe but it is especially interesting because the events take place two years following the end of the main series, besides the epilogue, so after the war. We get to see a number of our favorite character nostalgically go on a mission again. It's nice to see them in action again especially if you're a Naruto fan and liked them before. Especially the protagonist himself. The title, The Last also connotes how this movie is The Last stage of trials which mainly concern Naruto and the final stage of his maturity as we get to see him truly become a man in more than just his skills as a shinobi as he finally confronts his feelings towards Hinata, who has had feelings for him since they were kids. And Sakura was great. Warning: Not all that much of Sasuke and Kakashi. 3. Sound: The music in this movie is at least, really good and refined from the original soundtrack plus more. It touches different people in different ways ranging from Great to Tear- jerking. I was closer to the latter. 4. Action: Action was fantastic, especially if you're a sucker for fast paced punches and kicks, jutsu powers and explosions. It's also nice to see how much stronger favorite characters have gotten over the two years, especially Naruto with his new right arm. There probably weren't as many fight scenes as in other Naruto movies, but their were enough. And whenever there were, the studio made sure the characters absolutely KILLED IT. 5. Plot: This movie has a more solid plot than all Naruto films before it by a longshot. Because it's the first one ever to be canonically situated in the plot of the main Naruto story. I'll get to the romantic stuff in a bit, but for now I'm mainly talking about the conflict. The moon is crashing down to Earth and the ninja world must act to save themselves. Most importantly, there's no around Naruto and Hinata's relationship in the story. This movie got me understand NH and accept it more easily. It's also much a needed wrap up for their relationship. Another uncommon plus to it is that even viewers who are unfamiliar with the Naruto story will understand and be able to follow this film, since it tends to all the relevant points with references and/or flashbacks. Conclusion: In every main and standard aspect of this move criticizable, The Last: Naruto The Movie does a stupendous job. It is stunning, kinda funny for a newcomer, hilarious for a fan of the series, dramatic, has a bunch of epic scenes, and most importantly, it is profound. Profound uniquely so for a Shonen Anime Movie. Whether you are a new to Naruto, or you too go way back, and regardless of who you wanted Naruto, or any of the characters, to end up with. Go watch this movie if you haven't. You might even learn something, ya know. 10/10
