Thanks for the memories!
Brilliant and touching
Blistering performances.
A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
Worth it for the cameos alone! Not a good movie in any artistic sense, but if you want pure stupid enjoyment, here you go.
Having survived the Sharknado in Los Angeles, pro-surfer Fin Shepard (Ian Ziering) and his ex-wife April (Tara Reid) fly to New York City to promote their book, How To Survive A Sharknado, where they find the same thing happening all over again, only on an even bigger scale.I usually prefer my crap movies to be bad by accident, although I do admit to enjoying intentionally crap disaster flick Sharknado just a bit more than I probably should have done. With this sequel, director Anthony C. Ferrante attempts to outdo his first film in terms of sheer silliness, and largely succeeds with some truly ridiculous set-pieces, but with essentially the same plot (full of gaping plot holes, not that that matters one bit), and equally dire CGI effects, I found that the novelty soon wore off, leaving me rather frustrated by the fact that there are now at least two more sequels, and a bloody good chance that I'll make myself watch them.
Side splitting hilarious. This is the kind of movie that was made under the pretence of "because we can" and the results are hilarious. It' a film that doesn't take itself seriously at all and that is the fantastic beauty of it. Physics? nah! Logic? nah! Just sharks in tornadoes causing chaos while our plucky hero and his band of merry men try to kill them in the most creative, "Dead Rising duct tape weapon combo" styles that they can... again. I can see why some people might not watch it but you have to understand that this is the movie equivalent of ordering takeaway and having it delivered. You don't want to think too hard or put much effort into watching it. You just sit back and hate yourself about how much you are enjoying it.
Decided to skip through the slower scenes of the movie and watch just the scenes with sharks in. Flying fire sharks has been something i've dream-ed of seeing since I was young; this film completed my life. Sharks surviving out of water may not be natural, but it makes for an epic movie!! And when you can't see the film getting any better, the perfect love at the end!! Flying chainsaws; blowing stuff up, the best action movie ever. It also shows how stupid human race, after the weather will be raining sharks, everyone in NY goes outside. My mates and I enjoyed the original and this was a film.we wanted to see but lacked the time to watch all of it so we had to skip the slower parts of the movie, but we shall go back and re-watch it. If you want to see a thrilling out of this world film, this is it!
