I Have to say that I liked this a lot and it made me laugh. I never saw the first one so I cannot compare but this one on the TV in the background and it was so funny i had to stop what I was doing and pay full attention to it. It had a lot of funny takes on the James bond franchise and a lot of creative ways to get the dogs to do what a human spy would do. I thought it was silly but that was part of its charm. I loved the crazy pigeon and I liked the cat working with the dog together. the story was a little cliché but the creative ways they got the dogs to be spies made up for it.

A bad movie and an even badder sequel. WOW! Looks the people who were behind this piece of dog crap haven't learned their lesson after Beverly Hills Chihuahua and Marmaduke(Which by the way, those movies suck). The plot is abysmal, just like Cats & Dogs: Yet another battle of cats against dogs. But wait! Dogs are teaming up with cats to stop a villain named Kitty Galore(Laughable name for a villain) from taking over the world?! That is by far the worst plot of a movie I ever heard. The CGI effects are very awful and the movie still can't resist seeing animals getting hurt. Shouldn't there be a statement that says "No animals were harmed during the making of this pile of pig crap"?! If there somebody who gave this movie a 10, they must be high on dope(After all, dope IS for dopes). So, do yourself a favor: don't be a dope, don't do dope and don't watch this movie.

I kind of enjoyed this. I liked the original 9 years ago, and this kept the same feel and sense of humor. The human actors are just a distraction to the spy like efforts of the cats and dogs, and there are no characters as funny as some of the cats in the original. The CGI, real animals, and puppetry, comes together most of the time, and it doesn't matter when it looks a bit ridiculous. The brief segments of Sean Hayes proves that he was the driving force of the original, and he should have been a main focus here. Like most childish children's films, there are many annoying characters and a lot of lame jokes, which had me groaning and sighing. Probably a bit too long went by between this and the original. Luckily, it allows new viewers to slip right in.

Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore is the sequel of 2001 Cats and Dogs, it tells the story of Kitty Galore, formerly an agent for cat spy organization MEOWS, has gone rogue and hatched a diabolical plan to not only bring her canine enemies to heel, but take down her former kitty comrades and make the world her scratching post. Faced with this unprecedented threat, cats and dogs will be forced to join forces for the first time in history in an unlikely alliance to save themselves and their humans. Unlike the first one that was original and enjoyable, this one pretends to be funny without achieving it, the characters aren't as credible someone would think, the story isn't very good and the plot isn't very well developed. The cast is good in names. Chris O'Donnell and Jack McBrayer in live action characters and the voices of Neil Patrick Harris, Bette Midler, Joe Pantoliano, Sean Hayes, James Marsden, Christina Applegate and Nick Nolte. In conclusion, the movie may attract little kids for a period of time with some moments of humor but that's it.
