Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.

It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.

I Ain't didn't got no doubt about this but after the events of the first bambi in the scene after Bambi said goodbye to his trusty and best animal buddies and even his father the great Prince and follows his new mother Mena, ronno saw bambi again and thought that they were pals which is ronno the mean young idiot fawn deer from disney, Bambi argues and fights him back while Mena runs up to him to see if he is alright As bambi and ronno Whom they mistakenly push and knock Mena that she got herself with her foot caught in a hunting trap. Which is causing that, when suddenly a pack of man 's hunting dogs hounds-animals Approached them. While ronno who calls out of his mother and begins to run away in both fear and terror And Bambi who stopped and is scared and stood frozen in fear. And mistakenly believing that she will be in danger and trouble too. Which is why should not had been happened in the first place from disney. Which is a mistake.

the first film had pleasant and beautiful scenarios, characters with exciting music and moments very, very sad, and Bambi 2 things haven't changed, the film back to Bambi's childhood where little deer once again delights with so much cuteness and charisma, the first scene of the film is soon after the death of Bambi's mother also return his friends and also appears a rival for him, this film is beautiful, funny and amazing, I love it too much the soundtrack, was a continuation that took many years, but Bambi is back with a great sequel and is a film that many fans will love, a sequel that is very special to me, never a movie so innocent made me fall in love so much...

I believe it has been a good 8 years or so since I last got around to watching this, do not be fooled - this is a movie that should be watched with your heart, I tell people this constantly who nay say and give it poor ratings due to it having less action than the first, this movie had a tremendous impact on me, I started seeing the love in other people thanks to the influence this had on me, words don't do it justice, this is the best movie ever made, and I'm not even sure if I've seen it all or at all, maybe a trailer... No I don't think so, for if I had not seen this masterpiece how could I so confidently say it is superior to the first movie? Exactly.

Plotwise I like this one better than the original! I love the father-son relationship between Bambi and his dad! I love how we get to see the more vulnerable side of The Great Prince, because we never saw any of that in the original movie. The score in the first movie was breathtakingly beautiful and it was better (and scarier), but the music that plays in the background when Bambi is with his father is so beautiful! I liked how they reused "Let's Sing a Gay Little Spring Song" and "Love is a Song" but I would have liked it to be used a little more. I really liked the two songs that were sung in the background in this movie, some have complained that the songs are too popish and modern compared to the songs in the original Bambi, but that is to be expected, it was 2006 not 1942. But they could have done a lot worse and the songs only serve as background music for time-skip sequences (don't know any better word for it". During the first song we see the landscape change as spring comes closer and the animals wake up from their winter-sleep and during the second one we see Bambi and his father bonding. The animation surpasses that of any other Disney sequel and so much thought and research was put into this. Unlike most other Disney movies with sequels Bambi actually left room for one. This sequel explains a lot of things that were never explained in the first one. Like what happened to Bambi after his mother died? Who took care of him? And who was the stag that Bambi fought for Faline? If you watch the second fight with Ronno in the sequel and then watch the fight in the first one you will see that it is exactly the same, so is the way he tries to force Faline to follow him instead of staying with Bambi. It is a great sequel! If you haven't watched it yet you should!
