Really Surprised!
best movie i've ever seen.
Absolutely Brilliant!
By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
Though this movie is a little slow it shows the internal struggles of a girl who was abducted and they child she bore while confined. It is about hope and the unfailing strength and power of love. It was not exactly what I expected but it is not your typical "triumph over evil" situation but more of the complexities of the human emotions and what we as humans are capable of enduring. Bre Larson does really well showing the complexity of a girl abducted, confined, abused but still having strength and a glimmer of hope.
Room was a very heartwarming and AMAZING movie. The actors are also a really big part in this! When I saw William H. Macy as the grandfather, it was strange because I've only known him as Frank from the show "Shameless" This movie overall was fantastic and I REALLY recommend it
So amazing. The acting from the little boy was probably the best of all time
Simply exceptional, this is a movie that will always tug at the heart because it's told in large part through the eyes of a child. Nothing conveys suffering more viscerally. In that sense, it reminds me a bit of Tideland, but without the surreal parts. It still brilliantly conveys an altered reality through the eyes of that very damaged child. From start to finish, this is brilliant, intense and beautifully paced.
